Because of the stigma attached to ex-offenders they suffer lifetime sentences. The ability to live productive lives is almost impossible for ex-offenders with all the tools of oppression to hinder them from succeeding. Understanding The Criminal Justice System, looking beyond the illusions to see what\'s real will engage the public to become more involved in the struggle for equal justice for all people including ex-offenders with the right to employment after incarceration. This is why we must fight to get this Bill passed.
