Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I have been extremely busy. The bill passed the House Judiciary back in August before Congress took that month long break. Also I have been informed by a very good source that it will be passing the House of Representatives within the next few weeks. The real good news is that Senator Durbin has submitted a version of the same bill to the Senate. I have spoken to several Lawyers & Judges, and they are sure this bill will pass. As a matter of fact a lot of Judges are not sentencing right now because that's how sure they are this bill will pass. To everyone that is supporting this bill, and has a loved one incarcerated, please do not pay attention to the ignorant person leaving those stupid comments. God is real, and there is nothing that person can say or do to change anything that God has already put into place. Don't let this person steal your joy because that is what he/she is trying to do. May God Bless each of you and your loved ones!
