HR 3548 is streamlined. It is a cut and dry bill with just adding 13 weeks for unemployment that have ran out or will run out before the end of the year and the State has a running 3 month average of 8.5% or more. HR 3404 addresses extentions of the recovery bill of 2009 HR 1 that passed in February dealing with unemployment and making all the extensions already passed, would be made available to newly unemployed. More issues to make more debating and reconciliation between the House and Senate. The bill HR 3548 has a chance to get passed this BEFORE the end of this month. HR 3404 could drag into November, or the first of 2010.
