First,ask the VA to reconsider your finding to get it bumped to 50%, second, at 22.5 years, why have you not applied for your CRDP/CRSC? CRDP=taxable, CRSC=Non-taxable)as far as back pay? I think not. Good luck. If I can provide more info, USMCRETIRED@COX.NET
