G.A. Lokken

As a runner in the Navy I had to eventually have both feet operated on. During my first foot surgery I had my heart shut down. With in a year and a half I had open heart surgery to fix my heart problem, due to the hart being shut down. At retirement (20 years) I also had and have two lateral miniscus tares in my knee. You will under stand that I'm not letting any one close to my knee with a knife. After falling in-between the dock and a truck at work when my right knee collapsed and getting the short end at work. Then sending all of the paper work to the VA and being told you are getting old, that is what happens I'm at 40% and the VA will not get off of that number. I just think that all 20 plus year retires should qualify for RPRA from up 20%.
