Ed GyGSgt USMC retired, google it, I believe that the one that is gona get passed next year is h.r.303 and its gona be effective on January 1st 2010. Chapter 61 veterans with a least 50% service connection will also see their retirement, I believe is going to be the service time formula the DOD uses. If your are under 50% SC you might not get it.

This is in the FY 2010 Budget.
