The domestic violence industry has become a racket for lawyers and full-time DV empoloyees. It is a boondoggle that does far more harm than good. It is commonly know than 9 out of 10 restraining orders issues are bogus - generally used in divorce for custody and financial leverage. This system is SICK and destroying the lives of MILLIONS each year! REDUCE FUNDIND FOR ALLEGED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION. It does not work and in fact hurts 10X more people than it helps. All these people twist the statistics - where actually about 50% of violence is initiated by women. I have seen the statistics inflated by 10 times the actual numbers by the professional DV advocates. Most people do not know the federal goverenment is paying courts for prosecuting ALL cases, even when there is no evidence or actual incident.
