I like the bill with the exception of paragraf (4)D, which appears to be discrimatory in nature. While it is good that the veteran without an insurance plan would be reimbursed for his expenses, the veteran WITH an insurance plan would not be eligible for reimbursement from the government for what his insurance pays. The two vets are not being treated equally.
