I have put a spreadsheet together trying to account for the $787 Billion -
I can account for $389 billion by reading the bill.
Division A - is easy
The funds in Division B - Adjustments to other bills and the tax code are not outlined in the bill.
Can someone please tell me how to account for the other $397 Billion ?
