Dear Representatives. I wish to ask of you for a few seconds of your time to just answer one question. We are in trouble because we over-spent during the last administration. How does spending on a greater scale solve the problem? We, as citizens of California, have seen what irresponsible spending can do to a great economy.
The only stimulus we the American people need is for the legislature to allow us to retain some of our hard earned wages with every paycheck (tax cuts). When people have more money to spend, the economy sees more cash flow. This proposed stimulus is the result of a welfare mentality which promotes irresponsible spending, stagnates the creativity of entrepreneurs, and rewards unproductive individuals.
In my humble opinion, please reconsider the damage we are about to cause to our great nation. We do not need more spending, but better policy.
