breeding poor quality horses has had a huge impact on what horses are suffering today -registering only quality horses ,they all have to be vet checked for obvious genetic flaws and conformation including feet and temperment.They do it in europe and do Not have the horses neglected and starving to death in peoples back yards like in the USA I see it everyday.Breeding quality to quality each stallion owner signs a code of ethics, be responsible- they will only breed for 1 foal to show what their horse produces which is breeding to a quality mare-if they do not know what quality is do research check with your horses registry,and research.And they should only breed their mares on inutero contract if the foal is not sold -they do not breed their mares. Being responsible ,accountable and integrity that has to have a positive impact on the future horse industry. Mary americanstallionregistry@yahoo.com
