This bill could vertually save the lives of thousands of elderly people. I turned 65 this year and face the threat of my retirement company eliminating my medical benefits. With a small retirement and practally nothing on Social Security, without medical I will merely have to die because I surley cannot afford the cost of doctors and medications without insurance. Medicare is totally unhelpful when it comes to the medical because it doesn't cover everything and you HAVE TO HAVE SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE.
