I just received the American Community Survey and will not be filling it out or sending it in. Send me the fine, throw me in jail.. that will just get the issue of constitutionality to the Courts quicker. The Census Bureau knows that and so no one has ever been fined or taken to court for not filling the information out in this survey. Tell, me should we be scared of our government? If we are then something is wrong because in the USA, we the people are the government. Wake up people. Object to this infringement on our Constitutional Rights to privacy.
