This bill clearly is for India and China. This serves the purposes of India future immigration. They want to twist the word fairness to suit their interest. The existing country per limit is FAIR at 7% per country. You want to remove the cap so you can serve your own future dreams. LINE UP IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY LANE!
