Theodore Roosevelt established the Social Security System for seniors when they reached retirement age.This bill would in fact PROTECT these funds from being borrowed by politicians, and the the creation of a commission would PREVENT the surplus funds from being invested in places that would continue to allow politicians to "borrow" and misuse the funds.it is trying to put social security funds into a private investment fund but safe to us.
