New GI Bill 2.0 (S.3447/H.R.5933) finishes the work on the New GI Bill allowing all veterans access to these generous benefits in a timely manner.
MikeH: New GI Bill 2.0 will increase your tuition benefits in MA nearly three fold. Yellow Ribbon will still be around for schools more then $20K/year.
Bradley: New GI Bill 2.0 does provide a living allowance to distance learners.
OldSolider: The legislation does not open transferability to retirees.
Hilary: We have talked offline about this, but prorating the living allowance closes a loophole where part-time students are getting more then full-time students. Not to mention under New GI Bill 2.0 your entire tuition at a public graduate school will be covered.
Belladraco: New GI Bill 2.0 will finally include vocational schools in this generous new GI Bill.
