Everyone is in the same boat, no big deal, go to a Bankruptcy attorney, pay them to file for you, get the file number and tell all your creditors you have filed , they will give you a number to give them, then they can not call you anymore, you can keep your main transportation and your home.
But it will wipe out any type of loan, even payday loans, do not run up any more credit cards because in some cases you might have to pay them back, but if this is debt you have owe for awhile they can make it magically disappear. you can rebuild your credit later, more sensibility.
