I strongly support the Bill HR 4007 as a pay back for all the American heroes who were there for the freedom.The Amerasian kids has been mistreated and distroy their minds while they were in VN by the communist goverment. Untill now, they still not be except as American Citizen as their fathers were.please give the Amerasians a chance to be reconnize as the childrent of Ameriacn fathers and bring them out from dardness as bringing them out of other side of their childhood.
