So how long before we can expect to see this on our Presidents desk? Some websites are optimistic some are not at all, I know is their are a lot of families under unnecessary stress right now most of the stress is due the to fact lenders were not being up front with everyone. Its one thing to know they may run out of funding its a whole other story to be shocked days before closing.
