Why doesn't everyone flood Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) or Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) with calls, emails, faxes, twitters, smoke signals, etc. and have them separate S. 3266 and bring that up for a vote separately?
Vote on that immediately, get the USDA going, and then they can get back to the political fodder of H.R. 4899.
