I was 2 days away from closing. The RD office has your loan and they are close to being done processing it. Then I get "the call". No more funds. If Senate doesnt act this week, they break until June 7th....too late to switch to FHA and be comfortable...and with no one talking, no guarantee they wont screw us on the 8000 FTHB. Ridiculous. Our government is a poorly ran business that would have gone under long ago if it wasnt being the government. "Too big to fail". I am highly highly disappointed.
