This Bill, if passed, will give the Ethiopian people an iron-clad guarantee that their precious lives will not be taken or their human Rights grossly violated by any vicious tyrant.The Ethiopian dictator's vehement opposition against this Bill is proof that it is good for people of Ethiopia. It is a priceless gift that Congress can give to our Nation.
