Ret. Mar 77'with 21+yrs VA sc numerous injuries disabilities at 40%. Later on 70%,then 100% then back to 70%. I wonder what would happen to those men and women considering a career if they knew that, if sc injured, that their earnned, honorable, dedicated service compensation would be offset by their sc injuries. Full disclosure before and during service. The offset is immoral, unfair, disgraceful and fraudulent!
