We all know that the Act shamelessly and manifestly violates the Constitution, but what person(s) or entity(ies) is/are planning on challenging it in court? Does anyone know? Castigating the perpretators of this willful violation is nice, but at some point the issue must be Constitutionally resolved--and fast!
