Congress Passes War Spending Bill

Both the House and Senate have passed identical versions of H.R. 2346, the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2009. It now goes to the president for his signature. The bill spends about $920 per U.S. family.

Iraq has a Budget Surplus . . .

H.R. 6812 would prohibit United States foreign assistance to countries with budget surpluses.

Record Deficit – Whose Fault? Your Friends. Maybe You.
