Last week two spending bills for fiscal year 2015 were introduced.

H.R. 4486, the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015, spends money in fiscal year 2015 (which begins October 1st) on military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies.

Passage of H.R. 4486 would cost about $1,500 per U.S. family.
