This week, the House will debate a bill intended to let Americans stay in their current health plans.

H.R. 3350, the Keep Your Health Plan Act of 2013, would allow health insurers who were offering health insurance coverage on the individual market as of January 1, 2013, to continue to offer such coverage for sale during 2014.

There is no cost estimate for H.R. 3350 yet.

The Senate will debate H.R. 3204, the Drug Quality and Security Act, which has already passed the House.

The bill is intended to improve the safety of drug compounding in the United States, and it seeks to improve the security of the drug supply chain.

Passage of H.R. 3204 would cost about $0.68 per U.S. family.
