The House and Senate have adjourned until after the election. Congress will return to deal with issues large and small.

One possibility, a bill recently “scored” by the Congressional Budget Office, is S. 3546, which would amend the Native American Programs Act of 1974 intending to ensure the “survival and continuing vitality” of Native American languages.
