Executing on Planned Failure

A “continuing resolution” has been introduced to fund the government beyond the October 1 start of the new fiscal year, even though Congress hasn’t passed the annual spending bills that are supposed to direct government spending. The bill is H.J. Res. 79. It’s a beacon to Congress’ incompetence to manage its responsibilities.

Our petition, “We Want a Transparent and Orderly Congress,” will be where we organize the campaign to get Congress doing its job—but it needs to have at least 1,000 signatures before we do that…
