Passing a Bill Calling for Passage of a Bill?
The author of H.R. 2482 seems to be confused. It would “establish the sense of Congress that Congress should enact, and the President should sign, bipartisan legislation to strengthen public safety and to enhance wireless communications.”
Well, if you can pass a bill calling for a bill, why not just pass a bill?
