S. 1188 would require the purchase of domestically made U.S. flags for use by the Federal Government.
S. J. Res. 19 would propose an amendment to the Constitution authorizing Congress to prohibit the physical desecration of the flag of the United States.
So if the feds are going to burn a flag, it had better be one of ours!
