		<description>What?  The percentages are far more meaningful if you know the total number of votes.  And there is only one comment so far, I will expect mine to be largely influential ;-) and I say this -  when my vote singly changes the balance to For or Against, I feel important. Don&#039;t take away my one vote that actually counts!

		<description>It always amuses me to hear the outrage from one side or the other when the Yes/No percentages swing back and forth. If I have a strong feeling about a particular piece of legislation I will contact as many others who I know have like feelings and ask them to vote as well. Since this can sometimes be as many as fifty people, it is possible to cause a sharp swing in the percentages on some bills. I suppose I could be accused of trying to influence the outcome by my actions but I don&#039;t see that as wrong.</description>
