Can You Say Boston Tea “Tobacco” Party and King George “Congress”….or am I the only on that see the similarities that are going on right now to the reason for the Boston Tea Party over the excess tea taxes?????????

It is time for us to organize and have another “Boston Tobacco Party” on the steps of congress…..they forget that this country would not exist if it wasn’t for tobacco…it is the only thing that provide for the founding and making of the U.S. and provided the income to do such.

They are trying to create a Probition without the Constitutional Amendment by sercomventing it with all these little laws to force Tobacco out of existence……..

It is time that the government stop all this frivolous taxing us to death because they want to line their pockets and over-spend on all their pet projects and refuse to have the wealthest pay their fair share. And who is it that ends up paying with these4 taxes is the poor and low-income because they are the majority of smokers…….This bill will cost TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS in ramifications from losses in all industries from Agriculture to the Tobacco Industry/Manufactures/Suppliers to all the extras that are involved (the paper manufacturers that make the wrappings and filters, companies that make lighters,etc etc.) not to mention the losses in shipping charges income, income taxes from the companies involved and employees that were employed by them, the extra state and federal costs in unemployment and services for these new displaced employees, the loss of MSA moneys the more the taxes increase, ETC ETC

This is BS!!! America ? Ok America ? Wait China, no wait… what is America now? They can now tell us what we can and can not buy online.

This is smokes plain and simple. It is legal to grow tobacco for personal use.. So let us all smokers do this now! Tax free!

this bill would put legitimate mail order companies out of business in Western NY and their employees joining the ever increasing ranks of the unemployed. Mail Order companies are accountable, they use age verification software as well as adult signature for delivery. This bill would create a HUGE BLACK MARKET because of the high taxes and unyielding demand.

This Bill does nothing to stop sales to minors.What idiot thinks thaat our 14 year olds are using their Credit Cards to order cigs,out of state,to be shipped by mail to their home? We certainly need to clean out the idiots that support this sort of elimination of our freedoms. We are now going to be forced to trade within what ever state we live.This elinates all market competition. It also assures that there is NO OVERSIGHT on individual states tax rates. By this law you will be required to pay what ever that state can get.$2-3/pack.This is same as TEA TAX.
This will be Obama’s and the Democrat’s 2nd TAX increase in 7 months.This bill does very little to stop the foreign import,but everything about buuying somewhere else in the country. America is losing freedom inch by inch,state by state,day by day and some applaud this notion.Soon you will be sorry,but it will be to late.
