I do think that “management of government programs” falls under the category of things the government has to handle. If we want a more efficient, effective federal government, we should work to coordinate the existing government better.

We already have this for the elderly. See Public Law 109-365. The fact that you (and many others) know nothing about it speaks volumes. Our children and youth deserve the best our country has to offer. As taxpayers we deserve the most effective and efficent government possible. This bill accomplishes both.

We need a similar bill for the elderly and vulnerable citizens of America. We need to ensure all of our most vulnerable citizens (children, elderly and disabled) are protected and we need a national committment from the very top to ensure this is enforced and that the laws intended to protect are not abused.
