		<description>The 90 day agency legislation ban should apply to the unemployment open ended extension.  All legislation that the president doesn&#039;t sign should be stopped too.  If we went out over 90 days, it might stop things like Obama&#039;s mortgage mess, Congress finishing their presidential preparations;  foreign aid entitlement of 100s of billions for five years being passed before the us government budget and just before the presidential elections. 

Pardons for the next president should be stopped too.</description>
