Regarding the Level 1 sex offender and his anger. One level one sex offense is indecent exposure. One can violate this law by urinating in the woods with no witnesses to the act, but with a mere admission of "guilt" to a police officer. For this heinous crime many people are now forbidden to live and work some arbitrary distance from various locals supported by the tax dollars exacted from sex offenders. There was a time when a criminal paid his debt and served his sentence and was no longer punished afterwards. There was a time when ex post facto punishments were unlawful, and now when victims of these new ex post facto punishments choose to expatriate and leave their country of birth, government says they cannot leave. I hope these people don't decide life is simply not worth living and like your poster above decide that "society" is to blame and should be punished. This new law appears to say that The People don't want sex offenders to leave! Personally I think they should not only be encouraged to leave, we should buy them plane tickets to the country of their choice!
