Iowa needs to improve it's quality of life and economic diversity if it is to attract new businesses and residents. Multiple-use trails are an important component of these critical activities. As long as the congress keeps approving directed funding, trails like this are a great use for the funds.

This earmark is the height of hypocrisy. Stand up and vote NO! This has nothing to do with critical needs.
