Summary

This project is a valuable use of taxpayer funds because it would allow grading at Commonwealth Crossing Business Centre to proceed immediately as environmental and Master planning is in place. Commonwealth Crossing Business Centre is Martinsville-Henry County's only potential for a large-pad, rail served industrial park meeting advanced manufacturing and global supply-chain needs.
