(show me on a map)

Summary

This man is a scam artist! My husband worked for him at his last company, "Shafi Inc." and the company went bankrupt. My husband and almost all the other workers were never paid for their last 2-6 months of work. There is in fact a lawsuit pending in the State of Michigan for these unpaid wages. He will waste this money, most likely to try and pay off his debts!

Please review the facts which are public and third party verifiable.

1. SHAFI, Inc. did not go bankrupt.

2. SHAFI, Inc. was purchased by Braintech (a public company, BRHI) in August 2008. Braintech committed to make payments to all workers and a payment schedule was committed to by Braintech prior to acquiring SHAFI, Inc. The purchase agreements are publicly available via Braintech's public filings with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). This payment schedule was not honored by Braintech. Braintech breached several commitments and is now in litigation. This is most unfortunate but not caused by Adil Shafi. Mr. Shafi did everything in his personal power to ensure that these payment commitments would be made.

Mr. Shafi purports an arms length transaction in his comment that based on the facts and his own disclosures are clearly false. See this link http://www.machinevisiononline.org/public/articles/archivedetails.cfm?id=36... /> The employees should contact the US Dept of Labor W&H division in Michigan

Yes, this is the correct press release announcement. http://www.machinevisiononline.org/public/articles/archivedetails.cfm?id=36... /> The transaction was a Stock Purchase Agreement with Schedules and Exhibits tht included the payment schedules that Braintech agreed to assume.
