September 17, 2009, 9:47am (report abuse)Why are WE, the US tax payers, supposed to pay for a medical center in Israel? Or any other foreign country for that matter? We can't even get decent health care in our OWN country. This is NOT what I want MY tax dollars spent on. Mr. Ackerman should move to Israel if those are the people he wants to serve.
