March 2, 2009, 9:58am (report abuse)The budget is ten years. This started out of foreign aid 5 year budgets. They are in their second five year cycle. You should add the cost over the 10 years because Congress won't change it; they invented the five yer budgets.
It's a ten year tax bill.

$$$ TRILLIONS $$$$ of new spending for 9000+ Pork Projects.....Its just unsustainable. Eventually we'll have to take wheel barrel full of money to buy a loaf of bread because they're printing soooo much money and devaluing the dollar. Its shameful. I was about to retire but guess I'll go back to work for another 10 years.
