the 1872 mining laws are not yours to manipulate for your own purposes! keep your hands off the 1872 mining laws and stop trying to change them to your agenda!

This is a corrupt attempt to circumvent existing laws that give all American citiens the right to explore for and mine minerals such as gold, silver and copper. This bill is supported by the elitist radical environmental groups who hate and oppose all mining and industry. It appears Congressman/woman, Grijalva and Giffords are pandering to Gang Green in an effort to gain ontributions to their re-election campaigns.
These elected officils would place America at the mercy of other countries for our mineral and metals supply as they have done with oil. I urge a vote agains his bill and I urge southern Arizona to vote these two panderers out of office.

H.R. 4228 would withdraw certain Federal lands and interests located in Pima and Santa Cruz counties, Arizona, from the mining, claim location and mineral leasing laws of the United States. This would include most USFS lands and mineral rights in all BLM mining districts.
You will notice that this is so corrupt that maps can only be reviewed at a Dept. of Interior Office.
This bill if passed and signed into law would set a precedence for mineral rights withdrawl without cause, as set out in the U.S. statutes. Gang Green would then attempt to use this as a model to close USFS and BLM lands to claim location across the west.
