This Bill needs the inclusion of the provision in the parallel House Bill, 'that forever removes Administrative Law Judges and Appeals of those same from the control of the Coast Guard'.
There is overwhelming, credible, and quite incredible evidence that the Coast Guard Courts overseeing the adjudications of US civilian Merchant Mariner Licenses, has consistently cheated in court to secure and retain court precedence to the will of top Coast Guard officials. In essence--- many top officials violated the Constitution of the United States, knowingly, and covered for each other to keep doing that same. As such, they conspired, and abetted each other in forswearing their oaths to protect the Constitution. As an action, if by the collective will of the entire agency, and a military service at that--- I believe this to be Treason against the Constitution and the People of the United States.
