Ari's Law - Directs the Secretary of Transportation to provide railroad safety grants to local government units that own or control land along a railroad right-of-way or to any other person providing railroad transportation for fence construction and maintenance and other protective structures along railroad tracks.
Directs the Administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration to study and report on best practices for railroad safety related to the construction, monitoring, and repair of fencing and other protective structures along railroad tracks.
