H.R. 685, The Social Security and Medicare Improved Burn Injury Treatment Access Act of 2007

H.R. 685 would amend the Social Security Act to eliminate the 5-month waiting period for Social Security disability and the 24-month waiting period for Medicare benefits in the cases of individuals with disabling burn injuries.
