Accountability has gone out the window with this bill. These children need to grow into productive members of society. I am afraid that once this bill is placed that ALL children that are special ed will fail and get nothing in respect to help. Some children are able to be taught if given the resources but if your accountabilty goes out the window what cahnce do they have.

Susan Howell

Parents are truly the best reliable representatives for advocating with a voice based on the safety and appropriate education for their children. To deny them of this right would be in my opinion unconstitutional.
Therefore I do not support HR 648.

Kathy from Georgia

Please do not pass HR 648. It was only after the schools realized that they had to have higher expectations and had to find (be trained, seek answers when failure occurs etc..)ways to achieve the goals of NCLB and AYP that things finally started to change. Vote NO to HR 648.

This is a sheep in wolves' clothing. It is not an "improvement" act.

Once again the parents are denied the rights in judging what is Best for their Child. This does nothing for our disabled children except make it easier for the school districts to deny them what they need to grow. Vote No on HR 648
