Not passing this bill could result in 55,000 teachers, in 780 counties in 38 states, loosing their jobs, as well as curtailing road improvements and repairs, closing libraries, reducing rural sheriffs' patrols, and reduced supervision of parolees, and have a negative economic affects nationally because of the loss of jobs for teachers and public employees and the curtailing of outsoourced projects.
