The Budget of the United States Government sets forth the President's comprehensive financial plan for allocating resources and indicates the President's priorities for the Federal Government. It proposes to terminate or significantly reduce in size 141 programs.

August 6, 2006, 11:34pm (report abuse)This shows not only the out-of-contrfol spending but also why our representatives care less about the country than for re-election: each congressman in average controls $5 billion. Obvously, some more, some less.
