January 28, 2013, 10:30am (report abuse)This bill only DELAYS payroll for failure to do the job they were elected to do, it does not mean they aren't getting paid. When the current session of Congress is over they get their back pay regardless of whether they passed a budget! Additonally, it does nothing in regards to expense accounts! Smoke and mirrors is all this bill is!!!

February 11, 2013, 12:11pm (report abuse)This is not a no budget no pay bill. It basically just holds their pay till they reach a agreement or the final day of congress. I want to see these pecker woods hurt like the American people. If you can't do your job your fired not stay on and collect monies for nothing. Go blow this up someone elses skirt it means nothing. They still will get their per diem which is way more than some Americans make a week.
