Where is the dollars for costs??? Cut the agency 25% then ask for re authorization.

Neither agency has the authority to address pandemic and hazardous health effects caused by spreading pathogenic organism and hazardous toxic chemicals in our food and water under EPA regulations. We do not need preparedness, we need it stopped.
